Due to the importance of human resources, today's organizations are competing to attract and retain human resources over the provision of welfare programs and the attention of staff. They invest and strive to implement and improve employee supportive programs & as much as possible Provide appropriate facilities and amenities to staff. For this reason, organizations need to take on a new face of behavior and move towards support.This study is aimed to Designing & verification a model of Supportive Organization in Red Crescentsociety.The current study is a descriptive study in which 945 personnel are selected as the sample. Data was gathered by use of structural equations model and then it was analyzed using Lizrel software. Due to the results, the supportive organization is related to some variables including organizational justice, superior support, suitable pay, promotion, job security, autonomy, training, Islamic belief, organizational empathy and participative management.

In the present study important goals such as: Identifying the level of the corporate citizenship behavior, active manufacturing cooperation firms in the industrial sector in Kurdistan province, the factors that determine and explain these behaviors and provide a model for citizen-oriented companies have been considered. To achieve these goals, the number of 253 companies from active manufacturing cooperation firms of Kurdistan province, the method of stratified random sample was selected as the basic information related to the companies using questionnaires have been collected. Results from this study indicate that most of the studied cooperatives have not features of citizen-oriented companies; so that companies in the index behavioral factors, and underlying structure have made a good score, provide the field of development of citizen-oriented companies.

Universities are facing various environmental challenges that threaten their existence and survival. The main aim of this research is to present an effective model for improving adaptability capacity of Payame Noor University. In present study, the Grounded theory was used to analyze data. The method of targeted sampling from Contextual data and interviews with eminent Managers is used for this purpose .McKinsey 7S model was chosen as the initial or basic model for investigating the effective factors on adaptability. Then, a new model was designed as "FITNESS". Based on this model, organizations must be equipped with structure, culture, strategy, visions, processes, technology, and adaptable workforce in order to achieve adaptability or sensitivity and responsiveness to the environment,. Finally, some recommendations are offered for adaptability of Payame Noor University.
